To make initial contact you can send a message on this website or if you use Twitter you can direct message Netphobia. This is just to reduce spam received, but once we’re introduced we’ll be able to contact each other using email, phone or WhatsApp.
When’s best to contact you?
Initially you can expect a reply within 24 hours (unless an out of office reply mentions otherwise) but once we’re working together you can expect a reply the same day.
What services do you provide?
Mainly website design, development and maintenance. But also website hosting, email accounts and logo design.
What will a website cost?
Website work is quoted for based on your specific needs but as a guide – for a basic WordPress website with five pages you can expect to pay £199.
Are there any ongoing costs?
If you’re using Netphobia website hosting or email services there will be an annual fee. The cost will be dependent on the package best suited to your requirements.
